Which of the following points lies on the graph of y = x2 - 2x + 6?

(-3, 21)

(-2, 0)

(-1, 10)

For this question, I could make it into a graph and use that to see which point works, or I could try the coordinates of each point in the equation, but I would like to know how to solve it without doing these things. Is there any way to solve this equation by hand to find the point?
