my answer are 3.15 per lb and. 2.50 per lb

and the problem for the 1st one and 2nd one is

1. 10.50 / (3 1/3=10.50 / ( 10/3)=10.50* 3/10=31.5/10=3.15 per Ib

2. 6.25 / (21/2)= 6.25 / ( 5/2)= 6.25* 2/5 = 12.5 / 5 = 2.50 per lb
