Write the standard equation of a circle that passes through (−2, 10) with center (−2, 6).

(x + 2)2 + (y – 10)2 = 8

(x + 2)2 + (y – 6)2 = 16

(x + 2)2 + (y – 6)2 = 4

(x – 2)2 + (y + 10)2 = 16
