Mrs. Izzo bought a new Disney Sno-Cone maker for her daughter Jessica
but she doesn't want Jessica eating too much sugar so she told her
daughter that she is only allowed to fill the sno-cone to the top when
Jessica makes one for herself. Each cone that comes with the machine is
4 inches tall and has a diameter of 2.5 inches. If every sno-cone is 20%
sugar and Jessica can only have 1.5 cubic in. of sugar total, will Mrs. Izzo's
