The mean is the average of the numbers. Find it by adding up all the numbers, then divide by how many numbers there are. For class one adding them up gives 91, then counting all the terms tells me there are 15 numbers. 91/15= 6.1 So, mean of class one: 6.1 You can repeat this with the class two numbers to find mean for class two.

Steps in how to calculate the mean absolute deviation. (Sourced from Khan academy so I didn’t have to spend ages typing them out)
Step 1: Calculate the mean.
Step 2: Calculate how far away each data point is from the mean using positive distances. These are called absolute deviations.
Step 3: Add those deviations together.
Step 4: Divide the sum by the number of data points.

See my image to see what numbers I added for this. Adding together all those deviations I got 49.3 then I divided by 15 for the 15 terms and got 3.3. So, mean absolute deviation fo class one is 3.3. You can repeat that for class 2.
