  cos Ф = -4/5, sec Ф = -5/4

  tan Ф = 3/4, cot  Ф = 4/3.

tan Ф = sin Ф / cos Ф = -3/-4 = 3/4 ( as we are in the third quadrant).

cot Ф = 1 / tan Ф = 4/3.
