Half of 100 is 50 so 50/100 is 50%

1/4 of 100% is 25%
(For this one, you can use quarters. 4 quarters is a dollar. One quarter is 25 cents. 4 quarter make up 100 cents)

Since the worksheet in the photo is all made up of one hundred, every time you count up, it is another one percent.
1/100 is 1% but 2/100 is 2%
