About 13% of people in the United States are left-handed. One university planned a large 250-seat auditorium lecture hall with 15% "left-handed" seats. A class that filled the auditorium ran out of these seats because there were 18% left-handers in the class. Assume that the students in the class represent a random sample of people in the United States (at least with respect to left-handed-ness). True or False: The mean of the sampling distribution for the proportion of left-handers in the class is 13%.
