Two friends, one at the very top of the Eiffel Tower (with support harnesses for safety of course) and the other directly below him on the ground underneath the Eiffel Tower, are both looking at the top of a building across from the Eiffel Tower as shown below. To see the top of the other building, the friend at the top of the Eiffel Tower has to look down at an angle of depression of 37° and the other friend on the ground has to look up at an angle of elevation of 53°. If the Eiffel Tower is 1063 feet tall to its very top, how tall is the other building? Round your answer to the nearest hundredth of a foot.
