3. Is it possible to solve x (t ) for t, substitute it into y(t) to eliminate the parameter, t, and write it as a rectangular equation with x and y instead?

Why or why not?

These are the equations I am working with:•x (t)=0.0411905(t^2)+(-0.164619)t+28. 0114

and

• y (t)=-0.024127(t^2)+(-0.591143)t+(-8 7.4403)
