How do you determine a sine or cosine equation given a graph? If you could give examples that would otherwise be hard, that would be appreciated. I am able to grasp equations from graphs like y = sin(x) and y = 2sin(x) but I am not so sure how to gather the equations like y = 3sin(x/2 + pi/4) + 3 from a graph. Thank you so much in advance. I am in college trigonometry as a rising high school senior and with everything online, this is just one of the topics I do not understand from videos and PowerPoint lectures.
