In order to reduce the chance of error, a new system is designed to transmit 000 instead of 0, and 111 instead of 1. The receiver will use majority decoding scheme to determine the received bit. Majority decoding means that the message is decoded as 0 if there are at least 2 zeros in the received 3-bit message, and as 1 otherwise. What is the error probability of the new system
