Alice tossed a coin 100 times. In this experiment she recorded 53 heads and 47 tails. She concluded that the probability of getting a head in a random toss is 53/100 = 0.53 and
getting a tail is 47/100 = 0.47.
Mark assumed that the coin is fair and so he concluded that the probabilities of getting a
head or a tail are the same, namely y2 = 0.5.
In determining the probabilities,
Alice used theoretical probability and Mark used empirical probability
A.
B. Both of them used theoreticall probability.
