Please help! I need the steps given with the explanation because I am quite weak at probability :( I need the steps by today! Reflect and comment on the usefulness of today lesson in your daily life.

In the annual dinners (2018 and 2019) of for John's company, there are 200 attendees and each is given a lucky draw where the first prize is an 8-day tour to a Europe country. What is the probability of John winning the first prize for the two consecutive years?

John actually won the first price for 2018. What is John's probability of winning the first price again this year (2019)? Explain from what you learn, why is there a difference in these two probabilities.

As a more in-depth question, what is the probability of the same person (not necessary John) winning the first prize in both years.
