I don't think a coefficient matrix is a real thing (unless you are converting from systems of equations to matrix form).

Augmented matrix in RREF form would only have 1's and 0's on the left hand side of the bar.

Augmented matrix in REF form would also have 1's and 0's on the left hand side of the bar.
