First off you know that the first 4 is in the hundredths place and the second 4 is in the Thousandths place, but your question doesn't make any since because they are in no way related because of the difference in there place unless i answered your question in the first part of what ive said.

Maybe the answer is 20mm. all i really did was just multiply, which is obvious.
