The formula is d = √(x2-x1)^2 + (y2-y1)^2
d = √(7-3)^2 + (3-(-6))^2
d = √3^2 + 9^2
d = √9 + 81
d = √ 90
d = 3√10 or 9.49

I'm pretty sure it's b). i try drawing the functions out and b is the one that stands out or isnt a "line"
