Hi help pls T-T Mr. Abercrombie is a Loyalist who fled the colonies during the Revolution and has returned to reclaim his property in North Carolina. According to the Treaty of Paris (treaty that ended the Revolutionary War), he has the right to his land. However, North Carolina has passed a law that ignores the requests of former Loyalists. Mr. Whedbee appeals to the US government for the return of his property. Can the Articles of Confederation solve this problem? Why/Why not?
