Find the general form for an ellipse containing (2,4), (6,2), (3,3), and (4,8). Set the A value equal to 1 and solve for C, D, E, and F. The general form is Ax^2 + Bxy + Cy^2 + Dx + Ey + F = 0 (but we don't use the Bxy since it's not rotated) and we're supposed to solve these using matrices.
Pls show the steps!
