Because it was not taking into account that it deceased in that period. c) By what percent has the number of burglaries actually changed over the two-year period? 75 percent 30/40=.75= 75 percent d) By what percent would the crime have to decrease in the second year in order for the changeover the two-year period to actually be a 10% increase? 10/100 is .10 so it would have to change over 100 percent
