They are vertical angles so you need to make the following equal

7y=5y+36 and 3x-21=2x+4

Solve for y and then x

7y=5y+36

Subtract 5y on both sides to get

2y=36

Then divide by 2 on both sides to Get y=18

For 3x-21=2x+4,

Subtract 2x on both sides to obtain

x-21=4

Then add 21 to both sides to get

x=25
