I need help with my project. I’m stumped :/ The Ferris wheel I’ve chosen is the high roller Ferris wheel in Las Vegas.

This is what I know:

Height-550ft
Radius-260ft
Midpoint-290ft
Height from the ground: 30ft
Full rotation: 30 min
Increments: 28

Sin equation:
y=260sin(π/15x) + 290

I need help with the fourth bullet point in part 1 and the second equation (shadow being cast on the ground) in part 2. (I’m pretty sure my sin function is the first equation. Let me know if I’m wrong)
