The area of a triangle is 2x^2+21x+54. The base of the triangle is 4x+6y. First Part: Solve an equation to find the value(s) of x that give the area of the triangle 100 m^2.

Second Part: Hence state the possible dimensions of the triangle - give the base and the height.
