I believe a reflection in the x-axis.

If you would to count the number of squares until you hit the y-axis, they would be the same, which means that you are looking at a reflection across the x-axis, for example F and L are 1 unit separated starting from the y-axis, and K and E are 8 units starting from the y-axis, meaning that is a reflection across the x-axis
