Erick says he knows 9\10 is 1\10 less than 10\10 or 1 mile so, he is going to subtract 1 mile, then add 1\10 back. Can he use this method to solve the example problem? EXPLAIN. SOMEONE, PLEASE ANSWER THIS!!
