Ik this isn’t the right place to ask questions like this but recently my grandpa passed away from health issues and we where very close and we had a strong bond. Also back in around the late 90s (1997 or 1999) my grandpa on my dads side passed away due from a heart attack. Basically I don’t have a grandfather physically. And I noticed that my grades began to go down because of the whole thing. Also every single night I have to cry myself to sleep bc it’s always on my mind 24/7 all I’m asking for is just help. Thank you

First of all, I am so sorry for your loss. Your grades going down and crying yourself to sleep every night are a part of the grieving process, it's normal and there is nothing to be ashamed of. Especially since you two had a strong bond, it's going to hurt for quite some time but over time, the pain will diminish. It doesn't mean that you have forgotten about him, it just means you aren't hurting as much anymore. Live your life and always honor him, I know that he is watching over you and he is so proud.
