Help and explain it to a dummy “just here for points answers will be reported” rlly I need the answer and how u got it

So to calculate surface area the formula is given.
The radius (r) is 2 as it states the diameter is 4. And the height (h) is 10. You can now sub this in to the equation to get:
150.8 square inches.
