7x-4x=3+3

3x=6

x=6/3

x=2

B.

6(-2-z)=-5(2x+4)

-12-6z=-10x - 20

10x=12+6z-20

10x= -8+6z

x=(-8+6z)/10

Since the 2nd one is equation in 2 variables there isn't a specific answer to it I just simplified it and solved for x
