Find the horizontal translation compared to the basic sine curve of f(x)=-16+cos[3x-\frac{\pi }{7} ]. I've tried to look up what this means but I don't understand how to solve it at all. I need help, giving away 100 points! It's due tonight but I have no clue what this means.
