Can anybody plzz helpme understand what domain ,funtions and range are?

The domain is all input values(otherwise known as all x-values on the x-axis) and the range is all possible output values( y-values, as shown on the y-axis). Functions are expressions involving 1 or more variables, in a function x-values are only allowed 1 y-value or else it isn’t considered a function.

If you need an equation, it would be y=2x+8, y would be how long it grew, x being weeks.if you need how long he was asleep, it would be 4 weeks if he started with no beard, the equation would be x=8÷2if he did have a beard before hand, the equation would be 2w+x=8
