My spouse was recently in Mexico, and I had to work out the cheapest way to call. AT&T has an international wireless plan called World Connect with a monthly fee of $2.90, and then my calls to a Mexican landline are $0.12 per minute. Without this plan, I would pay no monthly fee and $0.62 per minute. a) Write an equation for the cost C of the World Connect AT&T plan where x represents the number of minutes.
