Please help! The tally chart above shows the number of pets that 5 friends have. What is the mean (average) number of pets that a person has? Think about the idea of equal sharing, what if the friends who had more pets shared with the friends who didn't have as many pets so that they each had the same number of pets. How many would they each have if they all had the same number of pets?
