A rectangle with a perimeter of 80 was cut in half through its width w to produce a smaller rectangle with a perimeter of 80 - W. Applying the same cut
(parallel to the initial cut) to the smaller rectangle produced a new rectangle
with a perimeter of 80 - 1.5w. Applying one more like cut to the most recent
rectangle resulted in a rectangle with a perimeter of 38.
