The change in temperature is +30ºC. The way I got this is that to get from -17ºC, I have to add that same number to get 0 - +17ºC. Now, I add +13, to get +13ºC. Hence, the change in temperature is +30ºC. Expression: (-17) + (+30) = (+13)
