Creating a bar graph can display data so that it is easily understood. Today you will have an opportunity to create a bar graph that will display a frequency distribution.
Given the numbers:
Fifteen adults were asked how old they were when they graduated from college. Here are the results:
27, 24, 27, 29, 20, 23, 23, 24, 27, 28, 23, 24, 22, 21, 20
Using what you learned in Unit 5, graph the numbers and their distribution on a bar graph. You can choose to create a
horizontal or vertical bar graph. Begin with the smallest number 20 and move up to the largest number of 29. Show a titid
for the graph. Use a ruler so that your construction is neat and accurate. Label the data carefully. Complete your work in
the space provided or upload a file that can display math symbols if your work requires it.
