(9,6) is not a solution to given equation.

4(1) - 7(-3) = 19

4 - (-21) = 19

4 + 21 = 19

25 ≠ 19

(1, -3) is not a solution to given equation.

4(-6) - 7(2) = 19

-24 - 14 = 19

-38 ≠ 19

(-6,2) is not a solution to given equation.

Note:- A solution to an equation is any value which when substituted to a variable would make the equation true.
