(only for part A) This definition is incorrect because, if you were to follow these rules the shape you would come up wouldn't have to be round at all. It never says that the shape you are making has to be round. In order to fix this, I would change the definition by saying "A circle is a round plane that has points around the circumference from one fixed point".

Step-by-step explanation: I am taking the test right now, the only reason that the definition they gave would be wrong would be that it does not have to be round so just find a way to make sure that the point stays round i'm pretty sure this is correct.
