The answer is going to be A.  You need to look at the what the x value is, go to the x-axis (the horizontal one), and find that x value.  Then do the same with the y-axis (the vertical one).  in your head, draw invisible lines from the axes to see where they intersect, that's your point.  Do that with all of them.  Look at the attachment below for more information on how to read a coordinate plane.
