You need to use fractions. that's what you have to do for unit rates. like for example on #9 16 pounds/$31.68 which equals 0.505050505 but you will need to round so it will be 0.51. to the right of that it will be 28 pounds/$49.56 which equals 0.564971751 but you can't round on that one since it is a four so you will just have 0.56.  then do that on each one of them and you are good.
