How do u take a picture of a question?

U use snapshot or if u r on a computer u can use the snip tool

I think you press on the button of that paperclip at the bottom left corner, which means "add link". It says to upload something, so you can take a picture with your phone, send it to your email on your computer, download the picture onto the computer, and then go onto to ask the question including the picture. can i get brainy crown
