To answer, we let x be the total number of lions in the zoo. Since, we are given that 2/6 of these lions are not well, this means that 4/6 of them are well. The given 10 is the number of lions that are well. 
                                (4/6)(x) = 10
The value of x is 15. Therefore, 5 of the lions are ill.
