Ahh... pascal's triangle. It is hard to type up the rows here, but I will tell you that to find the next row, start with a 1 and end with a 1, adding up the numbers in between.  You can also raise 11 to the power of the row number. I've attached an image to explain better.

Ibelieve the answer is b. y=0 would make the line horizontal across the x.
