Ican't quite remember how to approach this one, i have three others, but i think i could solve them if someone walked me through this one to jog my memory.

solve the quadratic equation by completing the square.

x^2-10x+12=0

first, choose the appropriate form and fill in the blanks with the correct numbers.
then, solve the equation.
(x+[])^2=[]
(x-[])^2=[]

if there is more than one solution, separate them with commas.
