4x -2(8/3) = 16
4x - (16/3) = 16
add (16/3) to both sides.
4x = (16/3) + (48/3)
4x = (64/3)
multiply both sides by (1/4) to clear the 4
x = (64/3)(1/4)
x = 16/3
