The answer for the first one is (-2,-3) because if you put a point there, then it would make a right triangle and, if ou take the x term from the higher point and the y term from the lower point and put them togeteher, then you get (-2,-3)

if you mean directly proportional where x/y=k where is x goes up, y goes up as well so try them out

first one: x/y=k 1/11=k  does 3/23=k as well? no so this is not proportional

second one: x/y=k 1/2=k does 3/-10=k as well? no, so this is not proportional

third one: x/y=k  1/-6=k does 3/-22=k asl well? no, so this is not proportional

fourth one: x/y=k  1/-8=k does 3/-24=k as well? yes, so this is the proportiona one
