sentence of your question.  I'll repeat them for you:  "Use the picture of the
house of cards shown ...".  This phrase is a powerful hint, meant to guide
you in the direction of a solution to the problem.

Not only does the hint suggest that you 'use the picture of the house of cards
shown ...' as you attempt to analyze the situation, but perhaps even more so,
as you read between its lines, there's a definite undertone there that seems to
alert the unwary, saying that one who does NOT 'use the picture ... shown' runs
a strong risk of being totally unable to make any progress toward an answer.

This is the position in which we find ourselves.  Having no picture to use, we're
frozen in place ... virtually paralyzed, unable to move in any meaningful direction.

I guess what I'm trying to say is this:

Your question says "Use the picture to answer ...".  You didn't share the picture.
