What is the cross section created when a vertical slice is made perpendicular to the 2 bases of a triangular prism?

Imagine slicing a triangular prism, perpendicular to the two bases.
You would basically just be lopping off some congruent triangle from each base.
The now-exposed inside of the prism would be a rectangle.

The major difference is that a histogram is only used to plot the frequency of score occurrences in a continuous data set that has been divided into classes, called bins.  bar charts, on the other hand, can be used for a great deal of other types ofvariables  including  ordinal  andnominal  data sets.
