 if displayed as a fraction
 pork =  1/4
 beef =  3/4
 pork weight=  100* 1/4 =25pounds
 beef weight=  100* 3/4 =76pounds
and if only 3 pounds are used
   total weight of pork used is   = 3*1/4 =0.75 pounds
