so we have this   >  -0.3(0.7x - 0.9) = -1.83        let's get simplifying
 
-0.21x + 0.27 = -1.83    >    I distributed the -0.3 among 0.7x and -0.9
-0.21x = -2.1                  >    I subtracted 0.27 on both sides of the equation
x = 10                             >    I divided -0.21 on both sides of the equation
