16,19,19,22,24,33,37,46the median is the middle number. If there is an even number of numbers, like this one, there will be 2 middle numbers. Find those 2 middle numbers, divide them by 2, and that is ur median.

start from the ends and count inwards till u come to the 2 middle numbers...
(22 + 24) / 2 = 46/2 = 23

** now if there would have been an odd number of numbers, u would just have 1 middle number, and that number would be the median.
